DoTimely was born from an incident that impacted my friends dog Max. Max was left unattended for two days when my friend was out of town. This was due to communication issues as the pet sitter was not using any tools but relied on pen paper and personal calendar. The appointment somehow fell through the cracks and Max was left unattended.
No pet left unattended.
I was struck by this incident that how many businesses are not using proper tools even nowadays. My research into the industry did not lead to any affordable and modern solutions.
This led to creation of DoTimley. DoTimely is a modern solution for pet industry where scheduling and communication tools are available for free so that we can reduce incidents such as the one where Max was left unattended.
